The certification standards of CDC-HE is made by HASA members and widely recognized by HR circle, and the assessment is organized by Committee of Expertise of HASA;
The assessment is conducted through CBA (Computer Based Assessment) and interviews;
The assessment was designed specifically for HASA CDC program and has been accredited by OFCCP, and EEOC with 300 K Chinese norms;
The credibility of the CBA is updated every 2 years, and publish the "Wite Paper of Assessment Credibility Verification";
The Cronbach's alfa is above 0.8;
We map the certification holder with 128 industries of 20 industrial sectors, and 72 occupations of 16 job families.

INTERNATIONAL ACKNOWLEDGED CREDENTIALS WITH WIDER CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Unlike degree educations, an occupational credential is the testimony proving that the holder owns the obligatory practice skills and legal knowledge to fulfil certain job assignments. An occupational credential consists of the latest industrial and occupational trends which are up to date to keep consistence with the practice skills or statutory requirements of specific occupations;
The CDC applicant is allowed to apply other HASA occupational credentials. The applicant who passes HASA occupational exams and assessment will be certified by HASA occupational credentials endorsed by China State Ministry of HR and Social Security, some of which are listed as mandatory occupation admittance credentials;
An HASA occupational credential is a direct equivalent of international authoritative vocational credentials acknowledged by over 100+ countries with 1.4 million holders globally;
