Career Development Certification Instructions

Preparation Trainings

The CDC-HE^TM certifications request applicants to attend certificaiton trainings and add-in exams/assessment. The pre-exam trainings and add-in exams/assessment are stipulated for applicants to obtain the certificaitons. Only applicants who have completed the study of the required modules of the trainings are allowed to take the exams. Only training firms authorized by HASA are allowed to conduct the pre-exam trainings, whose training hours and add-in exams/assessment conducted will be acknowledged by HASA. Please read the following instructions to select the right training workshop that fits you.

Enrollment of Trainings and Add-in Exams/Assessment

You must complete the Exam Registration Procedures before you are enrolled by a training class. You may also proceed with the registration through the training firm at which you will join the training

You may select "Alliance & Partners->HASA Alliance

" at the top menu of HASA website to see who's been accredited as a training firm for the certifications. To view the details of the training firms, you need Register

and logon HASA website

You may select "Group Member->Vendor Accreditation

" at the top menu of HASA website, then key in the accreditation code of the training firm you get to verify if this training firm is authorized by HASA

Assessment: The CDC-HE^TM certification require applicants to pass the assessment after he/she completes the training sessions. Only those who are rated qualified are entitled to taking the exams and will be certified after the exam.

To Be Certified as a Tutor?

Only certified tutors are authorized to conduct trainings for the certifications.To apply to be certified as a tutor, you are required to follow the procedures below

To Register

and log on at HASA website, and select "Profile->Membership

" at the left menu;

To check and make sure that you have already obtained the corresponding certification

Select "Membership->Tutor Faculty "

Select your "Industry" and "Occupation"

Select "Cert. Type->CDP-HE1/CDPI-HE2/CPm-HE3/CAi-HE4"

HASA will organize workshops to deliver trainings to the tutor applicants. Notices will be given to the applicants by email and telephone. An exam will be conducted to justify whether the applying tutor meets the qualifications to be a tutor

To Become an Authorized Training Provider?

In order to commit the applicants with best training solutions and proper use of the intellectual property, the right to conduct preparation trainings for the certifications are only authorized to certified training firms. To apply to become an authorized training firm, please follow the steps below

To Register

and log on at HASA website as a Group Member

Select "Company Profile->Membership

Corporate Member Click URL to Visit After Logon

" at the left menu

Select "Membership->HASA Alliance"

Select the "Industry" and "Occupation" that your firm is specialized in

Select "Cert. Type->CDP-HE1/CDPi-HE2/CPm-HE3/CAi-HE4"

HASA will contact you for accreditation procedures. The firm may be required to submit certain docucuments necessary for auditing and interviews will be arranged for further review and discussions. A certificate demonstrating the accreditation will be issued with a unique accreditation code to the successful training firm once the accreditation is approved. The applicant who would like to attend the trainings organized by the training firm will be able to verify if the firm has been accredited by HASA through HASA website.
