如果去问一个人力资源经理的候选人,什么是人力资源管理,你十有八九会听到“人力资源管理是企业的战略伙伴”这样的回答。业内皆知,这源于密歇根大学人力资源管理教授大卫·奥瑞克(David Ulrich)的理论。1996年,奥瑞克提出:人力资源管理必须和企业同呼吸共命运,成为企业的战略伙伴,给企业带来价值,否则就没有存在的必要。这一提法轰动一时,受到企业界的热烈欢迎。
然而,每当我进一步提问怎么才能做到“战略伙伴”的时候,得到的回答往往非常苍白,几乎全部来自教科书。
在我看来,人力资源管理是“红色(RED)”的——并不是颜色的红色,而是三个英文单词首字母的缩写:Recruitment(招聘),Engagement(敬业),Development(培养和发展)。

HR Driven by Internet+ & Data
If we select the hot words of the year, "Internet" must be one of the most popular out of them. Internet+ connects various industries to an internet world. Nevertheless companies in such an environment have to experience restrucuturing of business models, organizations, cultures and value chains. "Internet+HR" causes that many arguments throughout the year around HR community. New challenges about cross-border business integration and talent mobility keep coming up to HR professionals with new demands of innovative business models and improvement about efficiency of human capital. Concepts like "Internet+ professional social network", "Internet+ C&B administration" make daily operations more reliable on data. When data speaks and determines, workforce analysis and reward policies has become the most crucial part of HR functionalities. More and more employers admit that motivation mechanism is much target-driven on the basis of that research and maximizes the marginal returns through upgrading employee satisfaction and engagement.
