Like the U.S. in the 1920s-1930s, China now is a melting pot. New concepts and living styles are emerging every day. To survive and succeed in this market, the only unchanged is change. In general, the basic principle is to synchronize with the paces and understanding the thoughts of local competitive counterparts and customers. The ultimate technique for winning the competition is to utilize reasonably your manpower.
