创新人才管理及人才管理创新主题研讨会暨艺术品赏鉴酒会

In echo to and in order to intensively comprehend President Xi’s speech of “Expediting implementation of innovation-driven strategy, and accelerating the transformation of economic development” delivered at the 7th meeting of central financial work leading group, HASA will work with Pujiang Hui (Tongji-UTA EMBA Alumni) to host the event of Managing Innovative Talents and Innovative Talent Management Workshop on Oct. 25, 2014 at Shanghai No.1 Museum. The event aims at promoting companies to establish mechanism for finding and cultivating innovative talents, nurturing innovative corporate cultures, and upgrading the innovation of HR management model.
  为响应并深入学习习近平同志在中央财经领导小组第七次会议上关于《加快实施创新驱动发展战略,加快推动经济发展方式转变》的讲话精神,促进企业建立创新型人才的发现与培养机制,营造创新型的企业文化,提升人力资源管理模式的创新,中国人力资源同业公会携手浦江会(同济大学UTA校友会)将于2014年10月25日假座上海市壹号美术馆联合主办创新人才管理及人才管理创新主题研讨会。

Today, business competition has become much fiercer than ever. Nokia, the giant in communication sector, collapsed over night. When more than 10 thousand Nokians left this time-honored brand full of frustration, Microsoft is also having difficult times. This eminent software empire in the past days, apparently has been lagging in the behind Apple, the competitor that Microsoft has never ever presumed before. The revenue of Iphone has surpassed the total revenue of all products of Microsoft. However, Samsung, who nearly bankrupted in 2009 world financial crisis and spent only a few years to recover, has been ranked the world’s no 1 in mobile phone shipment (IDC, May 1st, 2014), far outreaching that of Iphone.
  当今社会,企业竞争日趋激烈。昔日通信业巨人诺基亚顷刻之间,轰然倒塌,一万多名诺基亚人黯然 离开这家百年老店。而微软日子也不好过,这家昔日威名赫赫的软件帝国,面临移动应用浪潮的冲击,显然已经跟不上昔日从未想过的竞争对手-苹果的步伐。而苹果仅IPhone的销售额就早已远远超过微软所有产品的销售额之总和。而在2009年全球金融危机中险些倒闭的三星,仅仅过了几年时间,其手机出货量已超越苹果,跃居全球第一(IDC 2014年5月1日)。

Chinese local companies are now playing a very significant role in global economy. The remarkable growth of Chinese companies represents the irresistible trend of economic transformation. The IPO of Alibaba in the U.S. stock market reached total offering amount to 25.03 billion US Dollars, refreshing the historical records in initial public offering in the U.S. stock market. And, the cell phone business of Hua Wei, has already become the third largest cell phone producer, after they commenced this business three years ago. That also made Hua Wei one of the Fortune 500 companies and the largest communication group in the world.
  中国本土企业的异军突起,已不容小觑,业已成为全球经济发展不可阻挡的趋势。阿里巴巴在美国上市,融资250.3亿美元,创造了美国股市历史上IPO发行的新纪录。而仅仅起步三年的华为手机业务,已成为全球第三大手机制造商,并一跃成为世界最大的通信业巨搫,跻身财富500强之列。

Behind the glory, what we also see is that, accompanying the continuous expansion and growth, the company has to confront more opportunities and challenges. Ali must overcome the challenges coming from Amazon in markets overseas, and its domestic room is been eaten by rivals like Jing Dong and Tencent. Now, both the active market ecological environment and the nation’s liberal industrial policies for investment encourage companies pursue for new business model for profitability. The exploration into new domains and new businesses are not only catalyst of brand-new products and services, and triggered role-models of many crossover business operations. Whereas, business change and transformation is the premise of continuous development and where business sustainability lies, and the mission and spirit for a company’s existence is to service the customers’ constantly changing demands.
  与此同时,在这些辉煌的背后,我们也看到,随着企业的不断扩张和发展,将面临的机遇与挑战也不断增长,阿里在海外市场面临着亚马逊的强力挑战,国内的生存空间亦需应对京东、腾讯等对手的不断蚕食。日趋活跃的市场环境和国家逐步松绑的投资和产业政策不断督促企业必须寻求新的盈利点和业务模式。这种对于新领域、新业务的探索,不仅催生了许多新产品、新服务的出现,也产生了许多跨界经营的范例。而在经营上的不断推陈出新、不断鼎新革故,也是企业基业长青,永续经营的根本前提,而满足消费者不断变化的需求,正是企业的精神和存在的意义所在。

Any company is deemed to lose its soul and life and will be demolished by the huge waves of market competition unmercifully, if it loses its passion for innovation. But, all innovation originates from the wisdom of human being. The innovation for new products, services and business models requested by the company are all closely relevant to the intellectuals of talents and the team. Being a manager, particularly the line manager and HR managers, it is the essential to generate profits for them to consider how they should construct effective mechanism for innovation, how build up corporate culture encouraging innovation, how integrate and evaluate innovative ideas, and how convert innovative inspirations into the products and services, because those are the fundamentals to activate the talents’ passion for innovation, to explore the value of innovation, and to execute the innovation.
  任何一家企业,如果失去了创新的精神,就等于失去了企业的灵魂和生命,迟早会被市场竞争的巨浪无情淘汰。而一切创新均源自人的智慧。企业需要创新的产品、服务以及创新的商业模式,无一不与人才及团队的智慧息息相关。作为管理者,尤其是人力资源及直线经理,如何搭建有效的创新机制,如何营造鼓励创新的文化,如何整合评估创新的理念,如何转化创新的灵感为企业的产品和服务,是激发人才的创新热情、发现创新的价值、以及将将创新落地,为企业产生经营效益的要旨所在。
