By law of Hong Kong SAR, the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong government conducted annual inspection on HR Administration & Strategy Association Limited (HASA Hong Kong) since Feb, 2012 to April, 2012. Per the Charter of HASA and the requirements of the inspection, with regards to the positions that Mr. Howell Lee and Ms. Jennifer Chen are undertaking concurrently out of HASA, which have formed conflicts of interests with HASA's operations, to ensure the principle of unbiase, justice and fairness of HASA's standing, in compliance with the Charter of HASA and the results of government's inspection, the Executive Committe of HASA and the Board of Directors of HR Administration & Strategy Association Limited now have achieved the consent that:

As effective since Jan. 1st, 2012, Mr. Howell Lee shall no longer undertake the office at HASA as a member of the Preparatory Committee, and
As effective since March, 15th, 2012, Ms. Jennifer Chen shall no longer undertake the office at HASA as a board member of HASA (Hong Kong) and the executive secretary of the Preparatory Committee.

HR Administration & Strategy Association Limited is a public non-profit association registered in Hong Kong on April,13th, 2011 by the Preparatory Committee of HASA subject to the resolution achieved at the Drafting Committee meeting of the Founding Members' Conference on April 10th, 2010.

HR Administration & Strategy Association Limited is the only independent legal entity of HASA by the date
