上海市人大常委会副主任周禹鹏先生祝贺公会成立

The inauguration ceremony of HASA was opened successfully on Dec. 10, 2010 in Shanghai Hong Qiao Golf. Mr. Yu-peng Zhou, the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committeee of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and the Chairman of Shanghai Service Federation, specially wrote congratulations to the ceremony.

In his letter, Mr. Zhou hopes HASA will focus on the current economic development, through learning and implementing the demands of "the 12th Five Year Plan" as required by the Party and the government, to contribute to the building China into a powerful country of human resources. 

Mr. Zhou also requests HASA undertake the social responsibilities of HR professionals, and concentrate more on supporting the country's invigorating strategy, through mechanisms of how to apply human resources to promoting industry development, improving educational reform, advancing productivity and optmizing talent structures.

Over 80 participants from HASA founding members, delegates from the government and institutions joined the event. With delightful and thorough communication,the participants were all in full recognition of HASA's role in HR industry and expected HASA's future contributions.

2010年12月10日，中国人力资源同业公会成立庆祝仪式于上海虹桥高尔夫隆重召开。上海市人大常委会主任、上海现代服务业联合会会长周禹鹏先生向大会发来了贺信。
在信中，周禹鹏先生希望公会能够立足于当前经济发展的形势，认真学习贯彻党和政府对于“十二五”规划的要求，为把我国建设成为人力资源强国贡献力量。

周禹鹏先生要求公会充分承担起人力资源工作者的社会责任，将工作方向放在如何使人力资源应用到促进产业发展、促进教育改革、促进生产力提升和促进人才优化配置的富国强国的基本思路上来，通过这一平台，在促进整个人力资源和教育产业发展上献计献策，为实现十二五规划的目标做出贡献。

本次酒会汇集了来自公会发起会员、国际知名人力资源服务商、政府代表及学界代表八十余名，大家就公会未来的发展及运作畅所欲言，对公会在人力资源业界的作用作出了充分的肯定，并寄予了很高的期望。
