From a perspective of the critical employment rates since the global financial crisis, Mr. Yu analyzed the meaningful and significance of employment in national economic development. Mr. Yu emphasized that employement is the first issue that should be much focused on in national development and people's livelihood, which is also CCP's governing philosophy. Mr. Yu thinks that under China's current economic situations, in order to support national industrial reform, we need to consider how to transform Chinese large population and large volume of workforce into human resources, and how to tackle with the structural problems of human resources. He believes the solutions lie in the government's concerntration and the establishment of related policies, as well as reply on the efforts from economic entities.
