西华德人力资源研究院人才发展基金资助公会筹备
December 3rd, 2009, C.HOWARD College announced that it delegated its Chinese subsidiary-C.HOWARD Institute & Academy invested USD 50,000 through C.HOWARD HR Development Funds as the starting capital for HASA preparation.

C.HOWARD Institute & Academy is a Sino-British join venture. As the Chinese subsidiary of College for Human & Organization Workforce Assets Research & Development, a professional management research organization registered in U.K, C.HOWARD Institute & Academy dedicates to investing academic projects specializing in HR development and social labor economics. The college maintains long-term cooperative relationships with reputable universities and academic organizations in a global range to provide academic and financial support to HR professional researches and educational development in various aspects. The C.HOWARD HR Development Funds (CHDF) under the college is one of the a few equity in the world specializing in investing HR mangement, education and development, and HR service industry.

2009年12月3日，C.HOWARD学院宣布，委托其在华机构-西华德人力资源研究院，通过旗下人才发展基金为中国人力资源从业者公会筹备资助美金5万元作为启动资金。
西华德研究院是一家中英合作机构，是注册在英国的专业管理研究机构“College for Human & Organization Workforce Assets Research & Development”在华子公司，致力于投资人力资源发展和社会劳动经济学研究方面的学术项目。学院与全球著名高校和学术团体保持长期合作关系，为各方面的人力资源专业研究和教育发展提供学术和资金支持。学院旗下的西华德人才发展基金CHDF（C.HOWARD HR Development Funds）是全球极少数专注投资人力资源管理、人才教育及发展以及人才服务领域的基金。
