After 2009, with the tremendous shock on the overall economic environment brought by global financial crisis and the 2010 "labor shortage", HR managers are more aware that the risks of employee relation management are increasingly becoming the biggest challenges in business operations. It is the organization's requirement demanding quick solution that how to comply with legal requirements, change management philosophies and models to enhance the management level and further establish a more professional, rational, standardized and sophisticated system for employee relation management as to control employment risks.
The top employment management service provider in China, Laoda / laboroot.com, together with HASA, PAEFI/PAEDI, Beijing Zhongguancun IT Association and the "Human Resources" magazine, organized in Shanghai "2010 Employee Relation Management Summit". The host specially invited China's renowned experts in employee relation management, scholars and senior executives from Fortune 500, collaboratively discussing hot points and difficult issues in employee relation management in China. The two-day forum proved ended with success on July 10th, 2010.
The forum comprises 3 parts: pre-training, speeches and round-table brain-storming.
July 9, at the fifth floor lecture hall of Shanghai Personnel Building, the pre-training of “"the latest regulations cum Employee Relationship Management Case Analysis of typical labor dispute" was delivered  by Mr. Hao-zheng Wei, the founder, chief consultant and CEO of Laoda/laboroot.com. Mr. Wei is one of the top labor law and employee relation management experts in China.
