新华日报邀请公会独家学术支持2010年中国企业培训总监论坛

As the exclusive academic support, HASA participated “2010 China Training Directors’ Forum” hosted by Xinhua Daily Press Group and Training Magazine, a famous brand under that group. The event was held on August 19-20, 2010 at Hua Ting Hotel, Shanghai.
Seven out of the 13 preparatory committee members of HASA attended the event as special guests to deliver speeches, and the round-table sessions respectively.

Mr. Borren Chen, Executive of the Preparatory Committee, HR Director of Greater China from Nalco, gave the audience a speech titled “HR Nurture in Fast Growing Organizations”. From an economic development angle, Borren analyzed the contradiction and challenges amongst corporate strategies, organization development and HR support, based on market strategy. Borren elaborated the design and applications of training mechanism within an organization. He specially indicated how the sustainability of human resources should meet fast growth and changing demands of companies under today’s market environment.

In the subsequent speech of “High Performance Model”, Mr. Jun-de Yan, the Preparatory Committee Executive, and Deputy Managing Director from Juki China outlined the theme from the organization's macro management. He collaborated the relations and impact on employee engagement and performance outcome from the point view of organizational environment, mechanism of talent selection, equipment, training and employee retention.
