embers’ Conference Charter, HASA HR Development Funds owns the rights to evaluate and arbitrate the performance of the Preparatory Committee. The Funds have the rights to demand the Founding Members’ Conference to terminate, re-delegate or re-elect the member of the Preparatory Committee;
2.To ensure the committee’s efficiency and the achievements of working schedule, the Funds may require the Founding Members Conference to adjust the headcount of the committee;
3.In the case that the Board of Supervisors [Note 3] impeach the Preparatory Committee to the Founding Members’ Conference, the Funds should dismiss and re-organize the committee.
Notes:
1.The Drafting Committee comprise 6 sub-committees, namely Organization development, Talent management, Staffing, Com & Ben, Training & development, Employee relation. The head of the sub-committee shall be elected by the Drafting Committee;
2.Per the gist of the 2nd Drafting Committee meeting on April 10th, 2010, the commonly-recognized operation model of international academic or industry associations is to be adopted to set up the specific funds of HASA Human Resources Development Funds. The Funds shall have stakeholders from the capital investors, HASA members with corresponding shares derived from the contribution, ownership of intellectual property or copyrights. The purpose of the Funds is to ensure the financing for HASA healthy operation and continuous improvement, meanwhile, the Funds is set to respect knowledge and indemnify each HASA member’s accomplishments.
