With the publication of Labor Contract Law and related regulations of implementation introduced, while the markets suffered from the global financial crisis since 2009, the overall economy and employment market experienced great downturns. HR managers increasingly are aware that traditional simple hiring and employment methods have been difficult to deal with sudden changes in the market. Demands for new employment models and changes emerged rapidly. This event specially invited experts of labor laws, senior HR executives to join the discussion on how employers should conduct more flexible staffing strategies, enhance organizational flexibility in a rapidly changing economic environment to ensure businesses have sufficient support personnel to meet the overall business demands. Also, this event will concentrate on a series of thorough discussions of how to formulate reasonable and legitimate flexible employment options, reduce employment risk, and enhance employees’ engagement.
At the event in the Renaissance Hotel, HR professionals from more than 120 companies joined the discussions. Journalists from over 20 influential media including 21st Century Business Herald, Morning Post, Job Market reported this event. The event is full of wonderful interactions. Some founding members and drafting committee members of HASA were specially invited by the preparatory office shared experiences and joined the discussion, causing heated response.
