Evening of April 23rd, 2010, Sofitel Shanghai Jin Jiang Oriental Pudong, the top revolving restaurant was full of joy. The celebration buffet for Drafting Committee kick-off was held in here. Kind of weather, the unbroken spell of drizzling ceased that night. The shinny moonlight sparkled with the extraordinary decorative lights along the Huangpu River, accompanying  the warm reception hall. Goblets flashing from hand to hand, like long-lost acquaintance, all participants lively discussed.
Mr. Jian-De Zhao, Director from Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau specially joined the gathering from the busy World Expo site. Mr. Kevin Cheung, Director of the Executive Committee of HR Commission, PAEFI/PAEDI, and the General Coordinator of HASA delivered an opening statement. He recapped on HASA’s previous preparation and illustrated the future development. Professor Wen-Xian Zhang, from Fu Dan University as the academic representative, made a wonderful speech on the theme of "innovation", giving great recognition and support to the establishment of HASA.
Later, the HR VP from Chartis Insurance, Ms. Yi Wang gave the audience an exciting speech on behalf of the Drafting Committee.
During the reception, everyone expressed their views for the development of HASA, and elaborated active and useful communications. All founding members and drafting committee members have shown great enthusiasm, and urgently demanded to push the HASA project and forward. They reiterated that the Drafting Committee should start operations as soon as possible.
Despite the traffic jams of Friday, many representatives still came to the event far from Puxi and even suburban areas. That proves the members’ ea
