全球化中海外人才战略与多元化团队建设

With the speedy paces of globalization, the growing influence of internationalization is being amplified. In such an economic environment, HR executives are more focusing on establishing talent system with global competitiveness and multicultural backgrounds in response to rival competitors from various economies and  cultures. During that evolution, seeking and acquiring overseas talents is an integral part. It serves not only for the capabilities and insights of the talents, but also to promote and enhance the mindset of globalization and countercauses of the original team. However, unlike the domestic environment and the traditional recruiting approaches, to find matches of qualified overseas talents requires reliable reference checks, to advance the consolidation and restructuring of multicultures and to control related legal risks, meanwhile, the adaption and speed of integration of employees from different nations and cultures determine the effectiveness of HR strategies eventually.
