Flexible Staffing Strategy of Post-crisis Times

<p>With the publication of Labor Contract Law and related regulations of implementation introduced, while the markets suffered from the global financial crisis since 2009, the overall economy and employment market experienced great downturns. HR managers increasingly are aware that traditional simple hiring and employment methods have been difficult to deal with sudden changes in the market. Demands for new employment models and changes emerged rapidly.<br /> This event will specially invite experts of labor laws, senior HR executives to join the discussion on how employers should conduct more flexible staffing strategies, enhance organizational flexibility in a rapidly changing economic environment to ensure businesses have sufficient support personnel to meet the overall business demands.
