Kevin Kang serves as Vice President, Human Resources, of the Communications & Industrial Solutions (CIS) Asia Pacific business unit of Tyco Electronics. He was Vice President of HR Shared Service for Greater China before he was appointed to the current role. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, a master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (“Thunderbird”), Arizona, U.S., and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
Prior to joining Tyco Electronics, Kevin began his HR career in Toronto, Canada, and has been working for in various HR positions in Toronto, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and he also worked in academia positions in Beijing China and New Jersey USA.
Being both an on-site HR practitioner and a scholar, Kevin combines HR practice with HR theories. Kevin had been invited to present several famous summits as speakers.

加入泰科电子之前, 康先生在加拿大多伦多开始人力资源的职业生涯,之后分别在多伦多、香港、台湾工作。他还曾在北京和美国新泽西州的学术界供职。
康越先生兼具管理实践者与学者身份,能够将一线的人力资源管理经验与人力资源理论结合起来。他曾经多次作为特约嘉宾出席各种管理高峰论坛。
