More than 20 years experiences at senior in-house human resources positions, 9 years of IT management, 6 years of CFO experience. With many years of practical experience in human resources management in globalization and Greater China, James was the vice president of human resources of several internationally listed companies. He served as HR VP and global director of compensation strategy at TestRite Group (Taiwan's largest retail and trade group), HR VP and CFO of WinBond Electronics Group, in charge of human resources management teams in more than 20 countries.
James is good at recruitment, performance, compensation and welfare and equity incentive, and familiar with high-tech, semiconductor, trade, retail, pharmaceutical and other industries.
He is currently the Deputy Director-General of the Executive Committee of HR Administration & Strategy Association and the co-founder of Junhe Ruijie. He is the senior training and management consulting expert of practical human resources of SME think tanks in Shaanxi Province, distinguished lecturer of EDP Center of Jilin University, annual knowledge leader of Tencent Qianliao knowledge platform, lecturer and author of Qianliao, lizhi, Toutiao, Zhihu, Tiktok and other platforms.
