Yen has over 25 years of working experience in America and Asia. Prior to joining HIC, Yen was in progressively senior management positions in R&D, Operations, Finance and Human Resources. Yen's success is an accumulation of excellent education, training and experience with global conglomerates such as Merck Schering-Plough, Amgen, Medtronic, Bayer and The Fiat Group. Yen honed in on his insight and passion for executive recruitment during his tenure as Head of Staffing and Operations at these great organizations. Previously, Yen was Vice President of Human Resources at Fiat Group China.
With a keen interest in talent management, Yen's focus is to match organizations with talents of substantial value and innovative capabilities. His ultimate mission is a two-fold approach: to function as a passionate talent scout in assisting global companies to achieve and sustain positive growth and expansion, and to discover and develop the next generation of business leaders with solid integrity, strong corporate governance and business capabilities.

张先生曾服务于马里兰州立大学医学中心、先灵葆雅公司及Amgen生物公司长期从事医学及医药的专业研究工作。他自Amgen生物公司起开始其人力资源职业生涯，并同时担任财务总监。
张先生拥有丰富的国际管理经验，在美敦力及拜耳公司服务期间，他的职责范围涉及公司全球业务分支机构。同时，对中国地区人力资源管理有着深入而独到的认识。
张先生同时还是一位著述丰富的管理专业文章作者，他的许多观点曾广为许多专业媒体刊载。
