Graduated from Shanghai University, majoring in computer science, and holds an MBA degree from East China University of Technology. He has successively served as the regional director of Siemens Communication Network Management Products, the director of marketing operations of Wison Communication, the general manager of Wuzhi, and the customer director of Feihe.
With 12 years of experiences in product design in the Fortune 500 mobile communication companies, Mr. Feng has successively engaged in many positions, such as senior technical support, global customer care, and big project sales.
Mr. Feng also owns 9 years' operation experience in startups, specialized in the fields of TMT, intelligent lighting and human resources. He has assisted service providers to achieve cross-border cooperation, leading market operation of many Internet projects such as "Wohuibao", "Wohuishe", "UG Health" and etc.. He has accomplished the lighting reconstruction project for underground intelligent garage of Caishenghuo, and the construction and sales of the "Freeman" platform. He has accumulated rich experiencs in industrial data analysis, product operations, management of large projects, consulting and strategic sales of innovative products, and negotiation experience with the government.

12年世界500强移动通讯企业产品设计经验，先后从事高级技术支撑，全球客户关怀，大项目销售等多个岗位。
9年创业公司运营经验，分布在TMT，智能照明及人力资源领域，曾协助运营商实现跨界合作，主导了“沃惠宝”，“沃惠社”，“佑格健康”等多个互联网项目的市场运营工作，完成了彩生活地下智能车库灯光改造工程，“自由人”平台的构建与销售，积累了大量行业的数据分析与产品运营、大项目管理、创新产品咨询销售战略，以及与政府交流谈判经验。
