Lily Li is now the HR Director from Hua Teng Software. She graduated from Shanghai Science & Technology University.
Since 1986, Lily has been working as an HR professional. In her over 25 years’ experience in HR management, Lily had worked for Chinese Academy of Sciences, China public companies, multinationals and China private companies, covering R&D, manufacturing, new media, and high-tech.
Lily is also the advisor of several reputable HR consulting firms and provides professional advice to them.
Benefited from her abundant previous experience, Lily is very familiar with operation and strategic design of full-spectrum of HR management.
