Passed by the first meeting of the Committee of Profession, the Council of HASA
On the day of June 17, 2011
With the confirmation of Chinese government's twelfth Five-Year Plan, the development of the Chinese economy is facing a new strategic transformation. More and more foreign MNCs has been reviewing their strategies for the Chinese markets, while the rapidly emerging Chinese local companies together has brought the unprecedented hot points and challenges for Chinese markets. In this new round of competition, talent competition will no doubt become one of the core and critical essentials.
As the key part of talent nurturing and development for the community and industries, education and training institutions act as the indisposable external brains and boosters. How to select training vendors and resources directly results to the effectiveness of training implementation. For the moment, corporate training institutions in China markets are emerging rapidly while excellent ones are intermingled with the unqualified.
To serve HR practitioners, it is imperative to establish the evaluation criteria for training institutions in consensus from HR practitioners of various industries. Therefore, HASA plans to specially convene the meeting of the Committee of Profession to collaborate extensive discussion on this topic.
