on. HASA (Hong Kong) (Registration No. 1587037) is sanctioned by Hong Kong government as a public and non-profit organization.
HR Administration & Strategy Association (Hong Kong) will take the responsibilities of overseas professional communication and cooperation on behalf of HASA and, be accountable for the liaison of HASA members in Hong Kong & outside of China. As per the legal requirements of the government of Hong Kong SAR, HASA (Hong Kong) adopts the following organization constitution:
1. Members’ Conference;
2. Board of Directors;
3. The Council and the Standing Committee of the Council;
4. The Board of Supervisors of the Council;
5. The Executive Committee of the Council;
6. The Committee of Profession of the Council;
7. The Board of Supervisors of the Council.
HASA will continuously hold the mission of serving HR practitioners and the HR industry, and sustainably concentrate on China’s human resources development. HASA will dedicate to the combination of productivity and education in order to advance the quality of the community's workforce, optimizing the talent structure, and promote employment. HASA will contribute to expediting the construction for modern industrial systems by ensuring the quality and efficiency of economic growth from HR angel. HASA will also strive for educating & information exchanging to promote HR professional successors and upgrade the level of HR management through setting up benchmarks, rules and standards. HASA will act as a bridge between the government and economic entities in human resources management.
