On the day of June 17, 2011

Since December of 2009, initiated by Human Resources Commission of Shanghai Pudong New Area Association with Foreign (Domestic) Investment (hereinafter referred as PDI Association), over 300+ senior HR practitioners, entrepreneurs and scholars from world-renowned companies, universities & institutions jointly founded the country-level non-profit HR association: HR Administration & Strategy Association.
From the preparatory stage, government of Pudong New Area and Shanghai municipal governmental organs at various levels have shown gracious cares and earnest regards to the growth of HASA. Under the guidance and instructions from PDI Association, Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai Federation of Industry & Commerce, Shanghai Bureau of Human Resource & Social Security, China National Ministry of Human Resource & Social Security, HASA has conducted diversified professional events and activities to enhance networking and relationship in between HR incumbents, as well as to improve professionalism.
For the sake of healthy development of HASA, based on the principles as set in Charter for Founding Members’ Conference of HR Administration & Strategy Association passed on August 25th, 2010, to ensure the credibility and neutrality of professionalism and academy, meanwhile the operations of
