Mr. Cheung believes that the new generation of employees are growing. Under the national talent strategy, HR management is becoming more important. The talent will focus on a intelligence-intensive and technology-intensive basis, not only labor-intensive workforce. Even for operators, to manage the new generation of technical operators will be quite difference, since one of the focuses of maintaining grand country of manufacturing is to develop advanced manufacturing industry.
