公会筹备委员会任命李洪先生为2010年9月至10月筹委会轮值主任
Per the resolution achieved on September 18th, 2010, HASA Preparatory Committee appointed Mr. Howell Lee, Director of Greater China from C.HOWARD Institute & Academy, the Director-General-on-Duty of the Committee for September and October of 2010.

Howell will be responsible for all preparatory operation issues of HASA during his assignment.
