In the discussion, they shared their rich experience and commented respectively on the problems
and effectiveness while E-learning, corporate university and other popular training methods are implemented in organizations of various types, industries and sizes.
Following the first day’s agenda, a master seminar opened on August 20th, where the world-renowned HR expert, Dr. James D. Kirkpatrick brought with his latest research results- ROI of training and the well known training evaluation system. At the forum, Dr. Kirkpatrick put forward his new concept of
evaluating training ROI on a ROE (Return of Expectation) basis in order to provide new solutions for confusions of the previous five-level evaluation in training practice. This is the revision version of the original evaluation methods and Doctor specially named that the new K’s 5-level evaluation.
