ated resolutions as approved by the Founding Members’ Conference;
2.Owns the decision-making & executing powers of external cooperation for HASA;
3.Owns the decision-making & executing powers of HASA marketing & branding promotion;
4.Owns the decision-making & executing powers of all governmental, legal and public affairs for HASA;
5.Support HASA to implement all professional and academic activities;
6.After HASA is officially sanctioned, the members of this committee is entitled to priority of being nominated for the future Board of Executives of HASA;
7.There is a secretariat affiliated to the Preparatory Committee. At the preparatory stage, the secretariat members are designated by the Human Resources Commission of Pudong New Area Association of Enterprises with Foreign (Domestic) Investment. The secretariat shall be in charge of general issues of the Preparatory Committee, including but not limited to the day-day liaison and the implementation of other affairs as assigned by the Preparatory Committee.
Qualifications as a member of the Preparatory Committee:
1.Senior HR professionals, top corporate executives or authoritative scholars. Agree with the Founding Members’ Conference Charter. Possess considerable HR professionalism with 10+ years’ experience in HR management or top management. Willing to contribute time and efforts to organize HASA and serve HR industry;
2.Members should ensure certain spare time to accomplish HASA working schedule;
3.No restrictions to location, but required to join meetings through teleconference or other forms of communications.
